Is tracking included?

Yes, all our shipping options include tracking.

You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel directly through our Parcel Tracking page on our website or via the Japan Post website.

Once your package arrives in your destination country, you can continue tracking it with your local postal service using the same tracking number.

How are orders packed and prepared?

We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Your items are wrapped securely, using bubble wrap and cushioned with paper or newspaper to protect against damage during transit.

Are the products authentic?

Yes, all products sold on JapanGoodz are 100% authentic.

We work directly with official suppliers to guarantee the authenticity and quality of every item.

Can I modify, cancel, or return my order?

You can modify or cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation and returns are still possible under certain conditions; please contact us for more details.

To make returns easier, even though our items ship from Japan, you can send your return to our warehouse in France or in Japan.

1. How does the subscription work?

Subscriptions are available as prepaid plans for 1, 3, or 6 months. No automatic renewal is applied.

  • Orders placed before the 10th of the month: subscription starts with the current month’s issues.
    Example: order on April 8 → April issues, shipped early May.
  • Orders placed after the 10th of the month: subscription starts with the following month’s issues.
    Example: order on April 15 → May issues, shipped early June.

All magazines for the month are grouped and shipped at the beginning of the following month.

2. Can I choose which issues I receive or skip some of them?

Yes. Each month, you’ll receive an email listing the new releases.
You can skip one issue per month and select a replacement from a list of 5 back issues.
If no reply is received, all issues for the month are automatically confirmed.

3. Are shipping fees included in the subscription price?

Yes, shipping costs are included in the subscription price.
However, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

4. Are the magazines in Japanese?

Yes. All magazines are official Japanese editions, identical to those sold in Japan.

5. Are the magazines always brand new?

The magazines included in the subscription are brand new.
Some back issues offered as replacements may not be new; their condition is always specified when selecting.

6. Can I combine multiple subscriptions in one order?

Yes. You can subscribe to multiple plans in a single order.
Each subscription is prepared and shipped separately based on its own release schedule.

7. Can I use promo codes on subscriptions?

Standard promo codes do not apply to subscriptions.
Occasionally, special offers may be available specifically for certain subscription plans.

8. Am I committed to a fixed subscription period?

No. You freely select a duration of 1, 3, or 6 months when placing your order.
There is no automatic renewal. A reminder email will be sent before your subscription expires if you wish to renew.

9. Can I offer a subscription as a gift?

Yes. You can enter the recipient's delivery information when placing the order.
